SWeETHEART RUN 2010
 YEAR OF MEMORIES

From the photo gallery, you can see that 2010 made for an interesting race...24 hours before we had 10-12 inches of snow on the ground and it threatened to close down the race but in the spirit of Ten X Ranch and Team FiG-LiG we decided to make it happen! Melting snow was causing flooding over the low water crossings, we drove on snowy roads with a trailer full of pallets hoping to construct a bridge but in the end we decided to re-route the course the night before. Many people came from afar...driving on slick roads to make this another great race in 2010... 2011 will proved to be another great  success and beautiful weather.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The setting of this running event is what makes it so unique and special on Valentine’s weekend each year – the beauty of prairie lands, wildlife & ranch lakes make every bit of the challenges worthwhile for experienced runners and beginning runners/walkers alike.  The run takes place on a paved ranch road making it fairly even but there is some uneven terrain.
